Lily Wissing //

Lily Wissing is a well-traveled Bayfield native with small town SW Colorado roots. Having spent time in New York City, Santa Barbara, Orlando, Denver and Boston her inspiration is multi-faceted with diverse design and cultural experiences. Lily was raised with a hammer in her hand and is the daughter of a third generation carpenter. She started putting that experience to use ten years ago with an investment strategy of acquiring and developing dilapidated buildings and turning them into high end homes. “I find most people are very unhappy with the space they live in but can’t really put their finger on why. My gift in life is being able to see what a space could be by offering functional solutions to organize your life and calm your mind. I look forward to meeting you and helping you create your perfect space and serene environment.”

Marisa Bates //

Born in Yakima, Washington, land of apples and hops, Marisa moved to Boulder for college and was immediately hooked on Colorado. And it sure didn’t hurt that a cute boy from Durango asked her to move home with him either. With 13 years of graphic design experience, working for world renowned advertising firms and for nationally recognized brands, Marisa’s keen eye for detail and commitment to perfection brings a design perspective and level of experience that sets RO3 apart from the rest. After renovating older homes in Denver and building from the ground up here in Durango, the transition to interior design was a natural one for her, “I have learned so much from working with contractors and bringing my designs to life. I love building those relationships with clients and helping them to see their dreams and vision come to fruition.”
