THE PROCESS

INITIAL CONSULTATION ($275)

The initial consultation is the first time RO3 will meet with the client.  We will come to your home or space, introduce ourselves and educate you about our services and products. This consultation has an associated nominal fee in order to gather information, assess the scope of work, take photos and most importantly go over the budget for the job.

DESIGN PHASE

Following our initial consultation at the space, we will present you, our client, with a design proposal agreement.  This phase will breakdown everything that will be involved in designing the perfect kitchen, bath or space for your needs.  The design proposal is a flat rate fee based on the scope of the work involved in creating the space.  Once you sign the design proposal we will officially get the project underway.

DRAFTING/DESIGN BEGINS

RO3 designers will start collaborating and putting your dream space to paper.  Working off the initial budget, we produce realistic renderings of the space and make initial selections of all material needed. The timeline for this phase can vary based on client decision making and product choice.  Once the initial plans are complete, we will meet again to go over the details. During this meeting we will make any necessary changes and begin initial talks with contractors and/or architects to discuss the construction portion of the project.

CONTRACT

Once all bids have been collected and the final changes have been made to the plans, we will either enter into a contract to order the products for the job or turn over our renderings for you to move forward on your own accord.  If RO3 is contracted to oversee the project, we will then order the cabinets and counter tops first and begin laying out the schedule and timeline for the project.  RO3 is armed with a team of qualified and licensed contractors that we trust immensely. Our experience has allowed us to build relationships with trades that are under a mutual understanding that creating a space that is beautiful is just as important as creating a space on time and on budget.

*If you are already working with your own contractor, we are happy to work with them as well and look forward to building future relationships.
